Delivery update:
The safety of our staff and partners is our top priority, so we’re working around the clock to make sure that you can get your orders as quickly as possible whilst keeping deliveries safe.
While we work to keep everyone safe, we expect there be some delays to deliveries and some delivery options might not be available.
CURRENT ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME IN THE UNITED STATES DEPENDING ON YOUR PURCHASE, WILL BE: 4-14 days. However some items can take as long as 35-40 days to be delivered. *SEE each product item in description for details about shipping times on the item you purchase. If you do not see a delivery date contact us at: support@peddlerstrunk.com for shipping details on that item, or expect it to be delivered in the 35-40 day time frame.
We’re working with our courier companies on safer deliveries to protect both their drivers and your health. These include selecting safe places for packages to be left and drivers signing on your behalf. Most all packages will be left in your mailbox by your mail carrier.
Orders are normally processed to our suppliers within 24 to 48 hours. Then the manufacturer will process orders within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the product you purchased and where it is coming from. We strive to process our orders as quickly as possible. Once orders are processed they can not be cancelled. If your order is now past its 7th business day and is still processing, or if you have questions about your shipment status, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@peddlerstrunk.com
If your order has not been delivered within 60 days of it being ordered, you’ll get a full refund if you wish. Please contact us via: support@peddlerstrunk.com
A message for our customers
We’re doing all we can to keep Peddlers Trunk here for you by following all Government guidance, while it advises online retail to stay open for the good of the economy, to protect jobs and to help people to stay at home.
There could be some delays to your Peddlers Trunk deliveries, as we’ve increased safety measures in our fulfilment centers. Delivery times will be kept up to date on our FAQ page.

When will you ship my items?
All orders are subject to a handling and processing period before shipment, which usually takes 1-7 business days. Then depending on where your product is coming from will determine when you receive your product.
You will then receive an email notification of shipment with the tracking number provided once processed.
How long is shipping times?
★Depending on the product you have purchased most deliveries will be within 4-14 days from the day of purchase. However, delivery times can vary from 4 to 40 days depending on the products you have purchased. Delivery times are placed on each products about page. If you do not see it feel free to contact support@peddlerstrunk.com for delivery times. Please allow 7-15 business days for Tracked Shipping information for delivery to the United States.
*In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on the destination.
Please note that packages might be delayed during peak seasons, because of a high volume of orders coming through the shipping ports (Valentines Day, Black Friday, Christmas etc.).
*Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address.. Peddlers Trunk cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
Where are my items coming from?
Our primary warehouse is in the USA, but most of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, United Kingdom, and China to reduce the cost of production and give our customers the most affordable deals on the planet!
Will my items be sent in one package?

Do you ship outside the United States?
No.
Why don’t I see the same deal on your website that I saw advertised on Facebook?
Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our customers. We can’t stop this since it’s the way Facebook works.
How do you determine your “compared to prices”?
We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.
