Peddler's Trunk Return Policy

We strive to provide you with excellent service and products. Please review our return policy to ensure a smooth process should you need to file for a refund or exchange.

General Policy

  • FREE RETURNS: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on regular-priced items only, starting from the date you receive your item(s).
  • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items and intimate items are not eligible for refunds unless defective or not as described.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us Within 7 Days: If you wish to request a refund, email Customer Support at support@peddlerstrunk.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Inspect Your Item: Upon receiving your product, thoroughly inspect it to ensure satisfaction. If you discover an issue:

    • Take clear pictures of the defect or problem.
    • Write a detailed description of the issue.
    • Email the pictures and description to support@peddlerstrunk.com.
  3. Do Not Discard Packaging: Retain the original packaging, as it is required for a full refund.

    • Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return Procedure

  1. Obtain Return Instructions: Email us at support@peddlerstrunk.com to receive your return shipping label and detailed instructions.

    • Important: You must print the label yourself and drop off the package at your local post office.
    • We recommend putting a copy inside the package with the item you are returning. 
    • Original Packaging Must Be Returned with Items.
    • We recommend purchasing additional tracking and insurance for your return.
  2. Returning Unwanted Items: If you no longer want the item:

    • Contact us within 7 days.
    • Return the item unworn, in new condition, with original packaging and tags.
    • Do Not send items back to the address on the package. Always follow the return instructions provided by Customer Support.
  3. Ensure Safe Delivery: To avoid issues, purchase tracking for your return. We cannot process refunds for items not received.


Defective or Misdescribed Items

  • If your item is defective or not as described:
    • Email support@peddlerstrunk.com within 7 days with photos and a description of the issue.
    • Upon approval, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions.
    • Purchase tracking and insurance for the return package. Without the returned item, no exchanges or refunds can be issued.
    • Return the item unworn or used, in new condition, with original packaging and tags. 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Intimate Items: These are non-refundable.
  • Sale Items: Eligible for exchange only, and refund only if defective. Contact support@peddlerstrunk.com within 7 days to initiate the process.

Additional Notes

  • We recommend insuring your return through USPS to protect against loss. If the package is lost and not insured, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
  • Always follow the provided return instructions to avoid disqualification.
